Jonathan Goldsmith
Founder and CEO
Inspired by the transformative potential of AI, Johno founded Neurologx to improve patient care. He previously led strategy teams at multiple publicly-traded tech companies and served as a senior consultant in Deloitte’s Healthcare practice, advising major U.S. payors and providers. Johno holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Emory University.
Mike Van Snellenberg
Chief Technology Officer
Mike brings deep healthcare tech expertise to Neurologx. He was SVP of Engineering at Signify Health, leading platform development through its $8B acquisition by CVS. He also co-founded Wellpepper, an award-winning platform for patient treatment plans, and spent over a decade at Microsoft driving key initiatives across Bing, Windows, and Xbox.
Theresa Bretz
Chief Clinical Officer
Theresa brings extensive clinical expertise to Neurologx, with a focus on value-based care. As a CPA and Nurse Practitioner by training, she was a VP at Signify Health, leading care coordination including complex care management and readmission prevention. She has overseen national provider networks and helped align clinical insight with strategy in population health.
Shivali Bathani
Chief Operating Officer
Shivali brings deep expertise in value-based care, behavioral health, and AI to her role at Neurologx, where she leads clinical strategy and innovation. She previously held leadership roles at NCQA and Optum (within UnitedHealth Group), driving portfolio growth and product development. Shivali holds an MBA and an MHSA from the University of Michigan.
